• 3-layer construction with 500D nylon outer material. Here we made sure that the material is not too stiff and “boardy”.
• A new high-performance PU membrane laminate ensures the breathability and waterproofness (10,000 mm water resistance 10,000 gr/m²/24h water vapor permeability) of the 3-layer material.
• In addition to the 240gr/m² cotton insulation, additional insulation was installed on the buttocks and knees.
• Certification level Class AA according to EN17092-3:2020 has been achieved.
• The impregnation is now PFC-free for environmental reasons!
• The outer packaging is 100% recycled
• More and bigger pockets. The additional, non-waterproof chest pocket for quick access is equipped with a waterproof inner pouch.
• The jacket pockets have a larger labyrinth overlap and are waterproof. The left chest pocket is sloped for better ergonomics.
• The pants now have two large cargo pockets with zippers.
• The silver reflective parts are made of 3M Scotchlite and are combined with iridescent rainbow reflex.
• Large inner mesh pockets with fleece cell phone pocket.
• A longer connection zipper between jacket and trousers, staggered according to size, increases ease of use, especially for larger sizes.
• Large sections with stretch material in the kidney area replace the accordion stretch section.
• New, lighter and more flexible Sas-tec SCL-1 Level 2 protectors on shoulders, elbows and knees. The elbows are 2-way adjustable and the knees are 3-way adjustable. The hip protectors are now standard. The optional back protector is the lightweight and flexible Sas-tec SCL-19 back protector with level 2.

• It is again very important to us to work with high-quality suppliers such as Duraflex®, Fidlock®, 3M Scotchlite™, SAS-TEC® and YKK®. So we can be sure that our thermal suit will work even under extreme conditions.

• The front closure to the left like on women's jackets, this effectively prevents the closure from remaining securely closed due to the increased, one-sided wind pressure from the sidecar.
• The most important focuses were safety, wearing comfort and practical details.
• The collar is wide, comfortable and 3-dimensional and closes with the patented Fidlock® magnetic closure.
• A fit tailored to the riding position ensures a perfect fit on the touring motorcycle. With a total of 28 sizes, you can also find exotic items.
• Only YKK Vislon® zippers are used; they run absolutely smoothly and don't get caught anywhere. The zippers are all sewn in for easy maintenance and could be replaced without any problems using even the simplest means. It can be operated using long zipper pulls, even with gloves.
• The glove cuffs are easily pulled into the completely openable cuffs. The waterproof inner cuff with thumb loop ensures a waterproof and windproof connection.
• To avoid cold spots, the jacket is long and the trousers are cut very high.
• A seat stay, drawstring in the hem and the inner snow and wind skirt create a perfect connection between jacket and trousers.
• The insulation of 240gr/m² has proven itself in numerous tests and reliably insulates at temperatures down to minus 30 degrees.
