B CHESTRun the tape measure horizontally under the armpits and measure the fullest part of the chest.
C WAIST CIRCUMFERENCE
Measure your waist or abdomen at the height of your navel.
D HIP
Put the measuring tape around your hips and measure the circumference at the widest part of your buttocks.
E WEARING HABITS What do you wear under the suit? Ski underwear, a fleece jumper or even additional protectors?
